Metal Detector / Treasure / Users?Guide DIAS2005

Congratulations! The instrument you have just bought, is the result of many years of research in our lab and test fields. Thousands of buyers verify the quality of mineoro?/span> metal detectors. We are sure that your instrument will be very useful.

Before starting any prospecting or field trips which incur expense we recommend you read this Instruction Manual carefully which we furnish with our detectors.

It is important to fully understand that all elements, metals or other substances buried under the ground for many years, generate ionic phenomena which interact with the electrostatic field of the Earth.

A good understanding of the instrument, its behaviour, the way to make a diagnosis and interpret the instrument readings is important for the searcher before starting to seriously prospect.

Choose carefully the stories, legends, and places that you will follow-up, or where you suppose there is gold or treasure hidden or buried.

Remember, your Ionic Rod DIAS2005 will only detect if there really is something in the area where you are working.

The DIAS2005 Ionic Rod, works on the Electrostatic and Ionization principle.

This phenomena produce the so called "IONIC WIND", which generates the Rods mechanical movements.

To measure the use of some special instruments will be needed.

How To Use The Ionic Rod

Choose beforehand, the substance to be detected. Put the sample in the substance chamber.

Example: To search for gold, you must use a gold sample. To detect other substances, pick a sample of the substance to be detected.

Note: Your Antena Rod is furnished with.

?Gold.
?Silver.

Never use both substances at the same time as this will make the Ionic Rod to register a false diagnosis.

The chamber screw and the retractable antenna are in one piece.

Unscrew ( rotating to the left ) the retractable antenna and insert the sample into the substance chamber. Screw on the antenna again.

To change the sample, repeat the procedure.

While searching you will only use two configuration modes.

Configuration 1

?Rod totally extended and antenna to the outside.



?This position is used to determine the direction.

Configuration 2

?Rod totally closed and antenna folded inwards.



?This position is used to determine center and depth.

It is necessary to always depolarize DIAS2005 before a search. a - Point the Ionic Rod to the ground in order to depolarize it. Ionic Rod fully extended. The Rod must touch the soil or stay 0.3937in / 01cm away from the soil.

b - Raise the Rod up, and place it in a vertical position. It is not necessary to depolarize during the search.

c - If there is any material in the Rod prospecting area, the rod will point towards the object direction.

Walk in the direction of the object.

When you walk close to the buried object or above it, the Rod will turn 90?(ninety degrees), indicating that you are exactly on top of the object.

d - Fully retract the Ionic Rod, 7.087in / 18cm approximately. Slowly move the Ionic Rod until you find the point where the Rod will start spinning. Under that spot you will find the buried object.

e - Where the Rod started spinning, slowly move away (very slowly), and the Rod will point toward this direction.

f - Keep walking backwards, very slowly until the Rod turns 90?degrees (ninety degrees).

The depth will be between the final location and the center of the object.

1 - Hold the Rod only by the plastic handle, do not ever touch the metal part, it could give false indication.

2 - Before starting any operation, point the Rod to the soil.The Rod must touch the soil or stay 0.3937in / 01cm away from the soil. 3 - Hold the Rod in your hand, without any pressure.A soft grip is recommended.

If the costumer finds a defect, mineoro?/span>, in accordance with the company policy, we will fix or replace such a unit free of charge, if the faulty unit is sent back to the factory with prepaid transportation expenses and taxes.

For each returned unit the consumer must inform us of their full name, address, phone number, detailed explanation of the malfunctioning, and a purchase receipt indicating instrument code.

The present warranty applies only to mineoro?/span> products, identified with the company Trade Mark.This warranty is not applicable if the instrument is damaged by accident, improper use or if any changes have been performed on the unit.
